Wayne is a standup guy with great talents. We have an unusual home with a flat portion of the roof rubber sheeting. He and his crew did a great job at a fair price under trying conditions. (A big storm was on the way and they worked until 2am to get done.) 3 years later we had a slight leak problem, which he immediately identified as deteriorating flashing around the old range vent. He replaced the vent and repaired everything at no charge. When we later needed roof repair and replacement for our guest house, you can bet we called Wayne again!

I could not have been happier with Coastal Carolina Roofing. They showed up when they said they would, did exactly what they had discussed with me, and had my brand new beautiful roof installed in two and a half days at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.
I called this company and they immediately called me back. He told me he would come by that afternoon and check out my problem. Have not seen him nor has he called. It has been 24 hours since our conversation. I guess my job was too small and not worth the money or effort. I'm a nice guy who takes people at their word but apparently Coastal Carolina Roofing does not. I only wish I could have rated them with a zero star.
Very unprofessional!!!!!! Due to the hurricane we need some repairs on our roof. We called and they said they'd call us back within 24 hours. Never called . Then they called us back 2 days later and said they'd come by to look at the roof and gave us a day. Never showed up. We called again and they they told us they'd come by the next day. Never came. Then they said they were coming again and I seen them show up to my house through my window... then moments later drove off. Never showed up. Never called us. If they wanted busniess and has legit reasons as to why their being so unprofessional we would totally understand but clearly they DON'T CARE. That's okay though. Someone else will take out money.
